This conference is designed for nurses, allied health professionals, students, and others who work with children and their families. In addition to educational materials, there will also be a silent auction and charity opportunity toward the Ronald McDonald house. Please bring cash or checks if you’d like to participate in either of these events.

- Brandon Kozar, PsyD, MBA, is a licensed psychologist and Director of Leadership Coaching & Development at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kozar will speak on Emotional Intelligence: Why EI is as important to success as IQ and what to do about it.
- Judy Doyle, BSBA is a national leader on Parent Advocacy and will speak about Patient Experience from a parent perspective. Ms. Doyle provides both personal and professional examples which illustrates the positive long lasting impact of nurses on patient care.
