Tentative Presentation Outcomes (subject to change):

• The learner will be able to describe practice gaps that nursing students face when starting new RN role.
• The learner will have increased knowledge of student programs that aid in preparation to practice of the novice RN.
• The learner will be able to verbalize how skills obtained during student programs better prepared students for the RN Role.
